Because our Illuminating Whipped Tallow is made with naturally temperature-sensitive ingredients, warmer summer temperatures may cause the product to soften or melt while in transit.
If melting occurs, the air incorporated during the whipping process may escape. Your tallow may arrive looking less full or with a denser texture, but the amount and integrity of the product remain unchanged.
Your tallow is still perfectly beautiful to use. It has simply lost some of its whipped volume.
We recommend tracking your shipment and bringing it indoors promptly after delivery. If your tallow arrives warm or melted, keep the jar upright and allow it to cool before opening.
